We really want you to love your purchase from Coast And Country Cornwall and hope that a refund will never be necessary.
However, If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return the unused product to us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and we'll happily exchange or refund.
Bespoke orders will not be eligible for return or exchange.

N.B With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
We would therefore recommend that you use a tracked service to ensure you have full cover for the full value of the item in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
Once returned, we will refund the person who originally placed the order to the original payment method.
We aim to process returns within 14 days.
